请按铭牌标志所示电压接好电源线。

检查转动部件是否松弛，料桶内是否有异物卡阻主轴的转动，若有则清理干净。

Check whether the rotation of the parts is loose, whether there is a something wrong in the barrel blocking the rotation of the spindle, if there is, clean it.

接通三相电源时要特别注意电机的运转方向。

When you are connecting the three-phase power, pay particular attention to the motor running direction.

开机后需空转2-5分钟，确认正常后方可投料。

It is necessary to confirm the normal idle 2-5 minutes before feeding.

维护或检修时，请务必完全切断机器总电源。

Maintenance or repair, please be sure to completely cut off the total power of the machine.

每星期对轴承加注ZL-2锂基润滑脂一次。

ZL-2 lithium base grease once per week for bearing.

定期检查V带是否松弛，若V带出现松弛，应松开电机调节螺栓，用专用工具把电机向外调动，直到V带拉紧为止，磨损严重时更改全部V带。

Regularly check the V band, if the V belt appears loose, loosen the motor adjustment bolt, use special tool to transfer the motor, until the V belt tightening up, change all V when necessary.

更换混合颜色前应用柴油粘在布上将于原料接触的部分擦拭干净。

Replace the mixed color before the application of diesel oil stuck in the cloth will be in contact with the raw material part of the wipe clean.

若电气保护故障，应请专业技术人员及时检查，维修、排除故障后方可开机。

If the electrical protection has a breakdown,ask professional and technical personnel to do maintenance and troubleshooting before booting.
